Not worth the money.

The blade snapped on the first job I ever used it for, and it really wasn't even anything the challenging, just simple cleanup-cut.
I was very upset.
I'd wanted one of these for awhile, a few guys on my last crew had them (not Dewalt) but the same tool, and I loved seeing what they could do.
So yeah, I Love and stand by Dewalt tools...but not this one.
..and they don't seem to offer replacement blades, so my advice is not to waste money on this one.

Good tool but don't buy it.

Dewalt, here is my review. Good blade. Very useful. It has to be thin so I don't mind that it is fragile and will need replacements, I would lthink that you would know that replacements will be necessary. BUT IT SEEMS THAT REPLACEMENT BLADES CANNOT BE HAD FOR LOVE OR MONEY ANYWHERE. There are many reviews before mine saying this. So shouldn't you remove it from your product line until replacement blades become available.

Handy, but no replacement blades

This is a very handy saw, but what? No replacement blades? It has a very useful handle, and a knob that lets you take the blade out, but replacement blades are nowhere to be found. Why? If they don't intend to offer reasonably priced replacement blades, then put a cheap handle on it so when you dull the blade you just throw the whole thing away, and they can afford to sell it at a lower price point.

Our community woodworking shop has a saw like this from Stanley (same company) and a klutz broke the blade off AND there are no replacement blades available in the stores. None, nowhere, even at the dealers, and replacement blades are not even shown on you website. Why have it as a replaceable???
However, if we had a blade, we would be delighted with it.

Nice Saw but no blade replacement

Nice saw works well only issue is cant find any reference to a replacement blade for it so it seems its a one shot type of thing if you break or bend the blade you just have to buy another one, which is strange cause the blade is removable by a large screw that holds it in place.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing it. It broke after a few cuts and I can’t find replacements anywhere… Am I supposed to buy a new one every time the blade breaks (which seems to be often taking into account reviews and my own personal experience)??

Thumbs Down! - no replacement blades available

Nice saw & handle with a quick release for replacing the blades. However, saw blade broke within an hour. That's OK, but when I went to get some replacement blades I found they are not sold. I'll return this ASAP and look elsewhere. Shame on you Sewalt.

It's a nice sharp saw but the blade if fragile and DeWalt doesn't sell a replacement despite the blade being removable. There are other similar saws on the market that do have a removable blade and are a better buy for the money.

You will need to use the "lifetime warranty" if you are unlucky enough to purchase this saw. Your blade will break and you won't be able to find any replacements. I'm sending mine back and claiming a replacement.

What I want or need is the replacement saw blade. I have two or three handles, they don’t wear out. I really need the replacement saw blades. I’ll buy them in bulk if that’s an option you offer to end users.

Really great little saw, but like other reviews here say, a replacement blade seems to be impossible to come by. It made it to the home stretch of the first bigger project I used it for, and snapped off.

I bought the saw for flush cuts thinking it was the perfect application for my needs. The blade snapped at the handle on the third stroke. Used as sold to me, it failed immediately.

Well built, comfortable, an precision cutting! Use it for guitar building and other various things. You can use the Stanley fat Max flush cutter blade when blade gets worn .

This saw is very sharp. Therefore it should come with some sort of cover for protection and to keep the saw sharp when rolling around in a tool box or bag.

It was great saw until I hit a staple cutting door jam. Now I can’t find a replacement blade. I guess I’ll try a different brand when I buy another saw
