Neat little nailer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the box the unit felt sturdy and solid. I can't give you much on durability as I just opened it but if it is like most DeWalt tools it should last. This thing is surprisingly quick. Like a kid with a new toy I had to through some through it to see it in action. There was very little lag when using this nailer. I used it to do some repair work to an old family table. I was able to get into tighter spaces than I thought was possible. The ease of a battery powered unit was great. I didn't have to drag out the air compressor for a small task. I would definitely purchase another if this things does go south.

Yes, I recommend this product.

very convenient/portable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] being wanting to get a battery powered pin nailer and stapler, finally got my hand on one, DeWalt did not disappoint, its portable compare with the finish nailers, but a little bulky to the numatic models, but the convenience of the cordless and the noise of the compressor out weighs the size. it is very fast, hasn't jam on me yet, which is a very big plus, if you ever use a battery power finish nailer, you know how annoying it is when they jam. i have the new powerstack battery and it works very well with the nailer. Now, I just need the DeWalt 20v Stapler.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I have been wanting this for years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a tool I have been wanting for a long time. I have been slowly switching over to cordless nailers. Most times I need a pin nailer it is just to put up small, quick trim pieces, not needing to drag out an air tank and hose is amazing. As with my other cordless guns, it is a bit heavier than pneumatics, for me the trade off is worth it. My finish carpenter borrowed it on my jobsite because his was at another job. He and his buddy helping install cabinets both bought one the next day. I literally have nothing negative to say about the gun.

Yes, I recommend this product.

A must have for trimwork

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After finally getting a chance to use this gun im impressed. Ran all day on one 2ah battery. Worked perfectly for holding returns in place while the glue dried. Has a real smooth feel when it fires compared to my older dewalt cordless guns but that also may be because of the smaller gauge. It is very compact and light and makes pin placement easy. All in all definitely worth buying if you do a lot of finish carpentry. Makes a nice addition to my set.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Hassle free pin nailer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, this was awesome to not have to worry about hauling around a compressor and hose, made things a lot easier. Worked great with a 2Ah battery that lasted the whole day. The one thing I noticed is it is kind of bulky and made it a little tricky when trying to nail in small spaces with not a lot of room. All in all I'm impressed with it and look forward to the next time I need to use it.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Perfect for small trim jobs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently used this tool on a jobsite and its way better than using a compressor and a hose. I never actually had a battery die so I couldn't tell you how many shots you can shoot. I used it on pine base trim and casing and it worked perfectly. I attempted to try it on other stuff and I only really had problems with maple wood flooring. It was close to being flush with it dialed all the way in.

Yes, I recommend this product.

First Replacement Bought

My tool trailer was stolen. This is the first tool I replaced. A brand new trailer with $30,000 worth of tools inside. 75% were DeWalt. I got a new 10”rolling table saw today. I will buy DeWalt again they are ultra dependable. I had 31 batteries my cordless collection was extensive and never a problem. I have been in construction for over 40 years and DeWalt is my brand.

Yes, I recommend this product.
