I bought this set about 6 months ago and never open the box until my other set went stop working but when i went to charge the battery the charger never worked so what can i do ??

I bought these last week on a recommendation from a contractor. Was using a Black and Decker drill to build a deck and it was a slow process. The impact driver has changed that.

Bought the 2 piece set 14 months ago and used it very sparingly perhaps 10 times.
The drill chuck does not stay locked, loosens with use and drops the bits

I have always had either Bosh or Craftsmen rechargeable tools. These hold charge better as well as being lighter but much more powerful.
