Bonjour, j'ai écrit toute ma déception sur la batterie de 4 amp fournie avec ces appareils en mai 2024. Dewalt as su me redonner confiance en eux, suite à suivi qu'il ont fait et ils ont bien pris en charge ma plainte. Félicitation pour votre prise en charge. En passant le souffleur à feuille est très puissant et le taille bordure fonctionne très bien. J'ai tellement apprécié leur suivi, que je viens de faire l'achat d'un ponceuse à batterie. Merci Dewalt.

Somewhat disappointed and frustrated

I was excited to get this last Spring (2021) but have had some issues: 1) The blower stopped working this Spring. No idea why so it is not a positive anymore (I had rather liked it). 2) The string line auto feed somewhat works but replacing the line is not the easiest. 3) The battery does not last as long as I expected. I have a large area but I expected to get more than halfway done. To make this work for me I will need to buy another battery.

Christmas present gone wrong

I received this as a Christmas present from my dad last year & was really looking forward to taming my yard with the trimmer. It worked great for about an hour. The bump feed wasn't working so for awhile I was manually pressing it & pulling some line out. Trying to re-string it seemed simple but now the line doesn't feed out at all. Bought a DeWalt replacement spool, but it doesn't fit this model somehow.
The blower works well though.

Poor battery life

Bought this combo set. Lucky it came with an extra battery. It takes more than 1 battery to clear my deck of less than 1" of new snow. Same for my sidewalk - it takes another battery for that. Hopefully the trimmer is easier on the battery because neither battery will last long enough to trim the yard. Buy lots of batteries if you have a large yard/house. Battery life is awful. If my deck and sidewalk were any larger I'd need 3 batterys.

Quelle déception de la batterie.

J'ai acheté ce produit en mars 2024, en avril j'ai hâte de me servir du souffleur à feuilles pour faire le ménage printanier. Le souffleur fonctionne bien, mais la batterie 4 amp est déjà à plat après même pas 10 minutes. Une compagnie de prestige comme Dewalt qui fourni une batterie vraiment inadéquate pour ce type d'appareil. Quelle déception. Il faudrait qu,il y inclus une batterie d'au moins 5 amp. Quelle déception.

String Feeder does not work and is not easy

In the day of artificial intelligence and unlimited information, one would think they could design a cord feed system for a weedeater that wasn't so complex and ineffective. The cord feed system look simplistic, but do not work. I have watched video after video on this and still the system doesn't work. It eats all of the cord once you try and tap for the first time.

Best lawn bundle on the market

I bought this set to take care of my lawn after using many weed eaters and blowers that eventually burned up and gave out. This set is a great quality product that will absolutely last and the job always gets done! I love that it’s a 20v system and seems to be able to handle my large suburban lawn without losing any power really. Get this and you won’t regret it

Terrible product does not compare to other Dewalt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a disappointing purchase. First time I tried to change line spool cap broken. Dewalt doesn’t sell a replacement. You have to purchase the entire spool assembly. Since I only used my trimmer three times when the spool cap broke I’m curious if Dewalt IG going to honor the warranty and replace the assembly once or twice a year.
