New grill owner review
I have been using this grill for a month and am very pleased with the cooking results especially for preparing steak and chicken. Have yet to use my grill basket for veggies but plan to experiment soon. Cast iron grill components are easy to keep clean and I routinely apply a bit of olive oil to prevent meats from sticking. Still trying to get used to the very high temperature readings on the thermometer while cooking with the burner controls turned down to the recommended setting. At present I rely on recommended cooking times as opposed to what the thermometer is registering. I will plan to contact customer service with a question in this regard.

Very Nice Grill

I like this grill it seems well built. I also like the cooking grate feature that allows what you are grilling to cook in its own juices. The only draw backs so far is the handle gets a little hot. Not hot enough so that you can not touch it but still pretty warm. Also the gas control knobs feel loose to me, but that might be they way they were designed.I hope the burners are quality steel because with my old grill I was replacing the burners just about every two years. Time will tell.
I put this together myself and it was not difficult at all. Temperature adjustment is good and will seer just fine. Overall I think it is a good grill.

Grest shell, but the insides rust!
My wife bought me this grill in late 2014, it truely was a great grill for the first two years, after that the grates cracked and broke, replaced twice. Then the inside components started to rust, and when I say rust I mean rust to the point they fell completely apart. The bolts that hold the burners in snapped off when I attempted remove them and won't come out even with an extractor. The outside of the grill is still in decent shape, so I was going to just replace all the parts, but it's not even possible now. I guess 3.5 years is the lifespan. Keep that in mind when purchasing. Mine was flgarage kept and cleaned after each use.

This barbecue transcends all other previous backyard culinary experiences ...
as a proud member of the clan carnivore, i am grilling up delectable morsels in a way that has my fine family and friends speaking of me in reverent hushed-tone whispers ... the temperature is consistent across the entire cooking area so i am confident in loading up the entire surface with mixed delicacies - different cuts, thicknesses, animals - it doesn't matter because each heat zone minds it's own business and maintains the assigned temperature ... i couldn't be happier ... considering adopting more children to feed as a reason to purchase a second Signet ... treat yourself!

Finally

Bought this grill to replace a Craftsman that was 10 years old. One of the primary reasons is it is made in NA. I loved how easy it was to put together and how sturdy it felt once assembled. I have assembled many grills for friends and family and most of them, at least in my opinion, needed "reinforcements"once done. I have now used it about 20 times and every meal has turned out great. I really like the 3 burner setup when I want to cook with indirect heat. It cleans up easy after each use. The fold down shelves are also a plus for storing the grill over in the corner of the deck. Other reasons for purchasing was the price and warranty. Thanks Broil King!

the Best Yet!
I've had a lot of grills in my life, most of them, besides the Weber pot/charcoal grills, have been average at best. Some, like the Charbroils, were just awful. The Signet 20 has plenty of usable grill area, the temperature control is excellent, and the thing heats up to over 550 degrees with just three burners. I've used it 6 times since I bought it and I am very satisfied.
The lower part of the base is plastic, so I hope that that prevents the lower rust-out that plagued my last grill. I think that this unit is an excellent buy, considering the sub-par company that is offered as competition. It compares favorably to the 3-burner Weber that costs $100 more.

Great Grill
Purchased this grill 2 weeks ago, have used 3 times for grilling steaks, pork, and of course burgers, the learning curve is pretty easy to become proficient. The heat remains very steady but the weather has been warm, and my use has been very little. The construction is very good, I used the website to put the grill together, only complaint about video is once a subsection is complete the video should pause ( let the person complete the task) and then the customer can hit enter to resume the video. For the price , construction, warranty and knowing it is made in North American by our friends in Canada, it is a great product.

Good value for a mid priced grille
We chose this three burner model and it has proven amply large enough for our purposes. The heat is uniform and we have found no need for settings higher than medium.
The shape of the individual cast iron gratings is an inverted V which really facilites cleaning with a wire brush. The double layer hood keeps the heat in and speeds up warm up.
I was initially concerned about the poly side tables, but they have proven to be quite sturdy and clean up much better than my previous coated steel ones.
I e-mailed a question to tne factory when I first purchased my Signet 20 and they replied within a day with my answer. So much better than some off brand made in China.
