Perfect for out of the way lighting needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This flood light setup is exactly what I needed to light up a shed that doesn’t have electricity running out to it.
The light itself is very straightforward to set up. Just mount it in a place that receives a good amount of direct sunlight throughout the day and you should be good.
The light features both a motion sensor as well as a dusk/dawn sensor so that the light is yes wasting its precious solar-charged battery reserves unnecessarily. Love the fact that I can walk up to it with full arms and not have to flip a switch to light up the area. Keep in mind it’s not going to provide the same level of light as a wired system, but it is more than adequate to provide lighting that would otherwise be in the dark.
Overall a really good solution for getting light to where you need it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bell and Howell Bionic Floodlight is a good option for lighting up those dark corners or side of house. We placed this on the corner of our shed to help illuminate our back yard, and part of our deck. Easy to install and light performs as expected. I found the remote to not work great. You have to be directly next to the light, and even then I have yet to get the regular light to come on. I can only get the sensor option on. We prefer the sensor option, but for someone else might cause issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bionic Floodlight by Bell and Howell is so easy to set up, you can put it in the ground or attach to the house. No wires or batteries are needed as it is solar. And there is also a remote included so you can control it from anywhere in your house. I put in on my house in the front as it is very dark, or should I say that it was dark. As now every time there is movement it lights up! So no more wondering what is going on at night. This is made to last so even the snow can't stop it.

Easy to Set Up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My side yard is very dark and my dog insists on walking around this area every night. The Bell + Howell Bionic Floodlight provides me with a decent amount of light to take her outside safely. It does require letting it charge fully in sunlight before the first use. I opted to use the included ground stake and had it fully installed within minutes. The set up is very simple. I do not require a huge amount of coverage so this is sufficient for a small side yard. The light panels are adjustable & it does pick up my movement fairly quickly. It also has a strobe light effect which personally I probably won't use. It also includes a wireless remote control which is handy but I found that it didn't work until I was within 10 feet of the floodlight. I appreciate that it is solar powered & uses LED bulbs.

The features that make it so amazing are the three adjustable panels which contain 108 LED lights, and its also weatherproof. The LED lights make it very bright! I love that you don't have to mess around with wiring since it is solar-powered. That in itself makes is worth it. I love that it is motion-detected which adds extra security around your home at night. I love this light, and absolutely recommend it.

Easy Install, Solar charging is inconsistent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very happy to finally have an easy to install floodlight to put over our garage. It was incredibly easy to Mount and I was able to adjust the solar panel so that it was facing Southward. When it works, it works well enough but it isn’t as bright as I’d hoped it would be. And it only seemingly only goes on intermittently. I don’t know if it’s not getting enough solar charge or if the motion detector doesn’t sense very well. Overall, I’m pretty disappointed.

This is a great floodlight that allows you to either mount it or use the stake to place it wherever you need it most. The panels are adjustable so you can position them to get the coverage you need. The solar power makes it so there are no batteries or wires to deal with. The motion detection is just what I wanted for my yard, and there is a strobe feature which scares off the critters I was dealing with! You can turn the light on continuously, use motion detection alone or with strobe. The light will turn off after 30 seconds if no motion is detected. This floodlight is weather & heat resistant and comes with a remote so you can use whatever function works best for your needs. I really like this light and would definitely recommend it.

Great for the barn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish it would broadcast alittle brighter but all in all it does what I need it to. I need a solar light to put out my the fence so when people come to the barn to feed they can see it night. Thankfully it's motion activated and has enough coverage to span across the barn and yard. Pretty decent build and has held up to a couple rain showers so far so I think it's pretty durable. Haven't had alot of sun but the unit is still preforming well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Bell and Howell Bionic Floodlight for outside my back door. Wanted it for the bright led lights with motion detection. It is very bright but sensitivity is weak. You have to be right up to it to turn on. You can just use the remote to turn it on which is great. I love the wire free and solar power. You can even turn the lights to point to where you need them.. also move the Solar panel around. All in all its a great light.

Now that the days are getting shorter, the kids were upset that they couldn't jump on the trampoline after dinner since it is too dark. We have been using the floodlights out back and now they are able to have some light so they can jump. We love that there aren't any batteries so we don't have to worry about charging it. It also provides a nice amount of light without taking up a lot of space.

It is motion activated which I really love. It has three fully adjustable panels to enable you to cover a wide range in your yard. It does not require any batteries or wires to be able to use this flood light. I really like how much area it covers and how bright the lights are.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I fitted the Bell and Howell Floodlight inside my garden gate where I keep my trash cans. It was always a problem putting out the trash after dark and I usually resorted to wearing a flashlight headband which was always being misplaced.
The floodlight illuminates all 4 trashcans perfectly as soon as I walk through the gate with wide and controllable beams of light, and I no longer have any problems with my trash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this for about three weeks now and I must say it's everything it claims. I am so happy with this light and plan to get more asap. It works so great, the positions of the lights cover a large area and the sensors are perfect and the light stays on long enough. Not having to plug it in is fantastic and means I can put it anywhere the sun hits. I highly recommend this to everyone, it's that good.

There are 108 high intensity LED bulbs so it can cover up to 1000 square feet and the lights are very bright. The panels are adjustable and it comes with a remote control so you can choose from the four different modes. You can mount it to your wall or use the stake to put it in the ground. There are instructions on how to use this floodlight and it's very simple to operate. I am very happy with the amount of light it produces and it works very well. We needed to add some light to the outside of our home for better security and so we could see better and this floodlight is just what we were looking for. I like that it's solar powered and we don't have to worry about changing batteries or running wires. It's very simple to use and well made.

Turns on all the time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bell and Howell Bionic floodlight was super easy to set up and I love that it doesn't use batteries or have any wires. It also has a terrific remote control. The one issue I have is that it turns on all the time even without any see able motion. Also you aren't supposed to use it in cold winter months so that puts it out of commission for about half the year. I was a little disappointed in this.

I thought these lights would be bright enough to scare them away but they don't do anything. They're not bright at all. I followed the instructions to the T multiple times because I originally thought that maybe I did something wrong but they still aren't as Illuminating as promised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Installed the floodlight with the ground pole. Easy to assemble, just slides on and pushed into ground or mounted on wall. It's motion scnseored but did'nt pop on for me until I was within 5 feet of the light. It's solar panel charging. And comes with a little remote. The light is bright but not super bright to were it's going to light up your whole yard. Great in all normal weather conditions

While this shed does have power inside, and we could wire a light, the simplicity and ease of solar power won us over. We have it mounted and facing south where it gets the most sunlight. We have had problems with raccoons and having this motion detector at night helps calm my anxiety about them coming around.

It’s easy to install (obviously…no wires!) and the directional light panels are great because you can spread or aim the light where you want it. I’m a big fan of motion lights so that’s another plus, and solar is the future so it’s time to get in on it!

It's very nice quality and very easy to install, with no wiring to have to hook up. And it covers up to 1000 foot of area. This works perfectly to light up my back yard when our dogs go out. And the convenient part is that this light takes a solar charge and it comes with a remote!

Make sure your floodlight is on Sensor Mode and fully charged before use. The Bionic Floodlight gives off the most amazing light when it senses motion it will go off by itself after no motion has been detected. This is like no other floodlight you have ever owned.

It’s really bright and the motion sensor picks up quite easily. Every time we pull into the driveway the lights pop on and stay on until we’re inside. I love that it’s solar powered as well.
