Your product offered everything I needed and at that, a reasonable cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed something to secure carpet stairway mats. I truly like that it is electric as makes punching easier, quicker and kinder to my hands. If, for any reason I discover a defect, I am able to return for a replacement. The biggest feature that assisted me was the smooth guiding.and the marked symbols for safety is great when My wife chooses to use it for her crafting. The assembly was quick and easily all intact for using. Coming with a very sturdy kit box to store it in, as I like my tools organized, is perfect. I truly appreciate your product and would happily advise my friends to consider ARROW in the they are seeking the 'right tool'.

Great stapler
I was replacing another stapler when I started looking for another one, I'd gotten annoyed at having problems in loading the staples on the one I had. Yours caught my eye because it's made in the US and I of course recognized the brand also, Arrow has been around a long time.
I live in a mobile home so every wall has paneling. This stapler will be getting a lot of use over the next few years. So far I used the stapler on some of the paneling in the bathroom. I'd relocated an electrical switch to where it actually makes sense and had to put the wiring through the wall to the new place. This stapler did the job perfectly with some 9/16" staples.
ProsGeneral Repairs, insulation
Yes, I recommend this product.

Sturdy Heavy Duty hand stapler
My husband is the person using the stapler and he has to put lots of his weight behind pressing down to get the staple to go straight--and flat--into the wood that we are putting upholstery fabric onto. More than half the time, the staple goes part way in and is pressed into a U-shape in the middle of the staple that should be flat, or, straight across. Then we have to hammer it the rest of the way in. About every 10th staple has to be pulled out and that spot restapled.
But, it is actually better than the electric stapler we had bought--and returned. Perhaps it will do better when broken in, so to speak. Or if we learn to use it better!

This product is easy to use and, Great for women.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would definitely recommend this stapler for women with small hands. It's easy to handle and to use. I hung up my temporary curtains because my husband and I are remodeling our home. This staple gun was easy to load and use. My curtains looked pretty good. It wasn't difficult to press like bigger staple guns due to such a wide gripping handle. I would definitely purchase this staple gun again. It beats any other staple gun I have used previously. I look forward helping my husband put insulation in the walls having a staple gun that I can operate without asking him to staple because of a big grip. Arrow your NUMBER ONE! Thanks for a great product.

Helpful tool
This is a quality tool I purchased after returning a cheaper stapler from another company. It is sturdy and well built. I had to go back to the store to figure out how to release the staple holder tray. It is not obvious from the instructions. I used it to successfully upholster the wooden arms of my good office chair. This was my first such project and it turned out good. The only problem was: while working in a tight area at an angle, I was squeezing the stapler and it pinched and bruised my left thumb. I think the instructions need to say to work in a wide open roomy area and keep fingers away from the moving parts which squeeze down.

Undoubtedly th .50 of staple guns
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to re upholster a set of Oak kitchen chairs, then went to use at my day on dressing a window which is backed onto pine boards then took it to my evening job at the theatre lent it to one of our stage crew he used it on a myriad of materialsthis things a beast!! Well built idiot proof robust awesome bit of kit a famous saying"if you can't fix it with duct tape and zip ties,it's broke!" Well I've got a new one " it it's made by arrow it won't break!" Well done lads and lasses it takes a lot to impress a British squaddie, good effort. So everyone when you've wasted your money on the cheaper " other brand" and it broke, buy a T50 and don't look back

Great product, excellent customer service
9 years ago
I have owned my T50 stapler for many years. As a homeowner, I don't use it regularly, but when I have a project, it has always worked flawlessly. Recently, while recovering some chair seats, a very small spring clip holding one of the main pins in the body of the stapler broke.
Before setting out to search local hardware stores for a possible replacement, I called Arrow to see if they could help, and help they did. They promptly mailed a few replacement clips (so I have a back-up if needed) at no charge.
This product will surely outlive me, and probably my heirs as well. Thank you Arrow for a great quality product and excellent customer support.

About a year ago we rescued 4 baby kittens from an abandoned house down the street from us. Their mom was no where to be found. We raised them basically as indoor/ outdoor cats, and all are very healthy. They sleep on our screened porch at night, and in the morning, I open the door and secure it in the open position so they can come and go freely. You guessed it...one morning I forgot to open the door, and one ( or all) the cats tore off 3 sections of screen trying to get out. I replaced the screen myself, using this staple gun to tack up the new screen. This staple gun made the entire process very simple, even for a novice like me.
