Araucaria: maintenance tips
A tropical conifer, also known as Norfolk Island pine, whose twigs are covered with fine green needles.
Common name: Norfolk Island pine
Exposure
Direct sunlight in winter and good light in summer. Can be gradually moved outdoors in summer.
Watering
Water regularly, allowing the soil to dry between waterings. Reduce watering during winter.
Repotting
Every 2 or 3 years in all-purpose potting soil.
Fertilization
Fertilize once a month, from March to October, with an all-purpose fertilizer.
