It works well
I've installed this toilet a couple of weeks ago. Overall I am satisfied. It flushes as described. It is not noisy when flushed and when the tank fills again it is barely audible. One negative part is the toilet seat. They put ribs on the underside to make it stronger and that is the problem. It is difficult to clean. The toilet we replaced and the ones we still have in the house have solid seats with a smooth surface on the underside. They are a cinch to clean. We may replace the seat. Hopefully, we can find one that fits. Also, the toilet we replaced had a seat that was removable. We liked that feature. No trouble cleaning that one.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Meh toilet.
Although the toilet claims no tools needed for installation I needed: a Philips screwdriver and a 13mm deep socket to get mine in.
The white glaze isn't evenly applied. Under hanging parts for the bowl fixture around the trap had clear glaze but you could see the natural, coarse color and finish of the porcelain underneath.
The liner off the track interferes with the float so you need to compress the styrofoam so the float moves freely and allows the toilet to start and stop filling.
I also needed a different ring kit to install since my flange was on the subfloor beneath my tile. Not american standards fault.

Ravenna 3 standard Toilet
This toilet replaced an American Standard Cadet. Unfortunately for me the colour of my bathroom fixtures is bone and very difficult to find. I purchased this toilet in hopes it was similar to the cadet model I previously had. Very disappointed in the size and height of the Ravenna 3, its referred to as average height however in my opinion it is low to ground and the seat seems smaller. I would not recommend this model to a tall or mid size or larger person. This could be a coincidence, but the second day it had to be ‘unplugged’, I was shocked as in all the years I had the cadet model never once did the plunger see the light of day. I immediately began to worry about what have I got myself into. This toilet was not cheap. Honestly if I had realized the size and shape prior to it being installed I would have returned it .

Disappointing Quality / Finish
I purchased and installed a Ravenna 3 in one bathroom last year, very happy with it so decided to purchase the same for another bathroom. I returned one because of cosmetic issues (casting and glaze finish)in the bowl and tank lid...I inspected 2 more before purchase and they all had cosmetic / casting issues.
Settled on one but found the base is uneven.
Absolutely disappointing.
Quality control needs to be a little tighter.

New install
Wasn't sure at first but after a short time post install we are very happy with it. The water saving was our first requirement. The 6 Lpf is very effective. The clean design results in easy cleaning and maintinace. Lastly was the colour. We did a complete reno of the main bathroom but retained the vanity sink as I liked it. The color was "bone" not the easist color to find

We are generally satisfied with this toilet. It replaced an A.S. Champion toilet, that never flushed properly. We had this new toilet installed by a contractor and the flush was not great to start. We had to hold the handle down for a full flush. However, after adjusting the chain ourselves, it is much better now. We have only owned it for a few weeks.

nice toilet for the price, but not flush to wall
3 years ago
I bought this toilet and just installed on a 12" rough-in, but the back of the tank sits more than 2" away from the wall. I noticed one reviewer said that it sits about 1/2" from the wall, but ours is definitely further away from the wall (see photo). I actually bought 3, not realizing one of the rough-ins in our house is 10", but the one we installed on the 12" rough-in is so far away from the wall we think it will fit fine on the 10" rough-in as well. Also - I had to re-read all the reviews and and answers to questions on this website to confirm the rough-in size as the specs are on on the main description on this website, nor are they on the box or instructions. It is funny that this is marketed as easy-to-install for non-pros!
Otherwise, nice looking and working toilet. At first we had to hold the lever down for it to flush, but I was able to fix that by adjusting the chain. I am sure it will save us on water consumption compared to all the old toilets in our house.
Yes, I recommend this product.

minimal rim power wash
Installed this last spring based on good reviews, after waiting a bit for one to arrive. Have to keep a jug on hand to rinse the bowl after a flush, as rim water ports produce minimal water flow but below that is a powerful flush. Not nice for guest use!
